Orders are processed next business day and typical delivery time is up to a week, east cost takes little faster, west cost a day or so extra. Customers who do not receive their products in 2 weeks after placing it are obligated to contact us with email so we can investigate the case and if necessary arrange for replacement or refund.

Minimum order
Minimum order is 200$. We have so many customers now we decided to accept orders only over 200$, frankly speaking everyone who has ever done this kind of products knows very small amounts are not even worth the trouble, just 100 tabs of something really will not make a difference, get a decent stack and see the results pronto. We have large base of returning customers now and do not have to prove being legitimate by accepting very small trial orders.

Refund/ Cancelation policy
Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. Once shipped order can not be canceled, yet we can issue full refund in one of the following cases:
If customer has received wrong products or products he/she does not wish to use originally closed and unused containers can be returned for full refund minus shipping expenses.
If goods have arrived damaged beyond reasonable postal handling and prove unsafe or questionable for use containers can be returned for a replacement.
All above apply if customers contacts us with 8 days after receiving parcel from us, beyond that period we do not accept any complaints.
Refunds are not issued for opened/used containers, please contact manufacturer if not pleased with their product.

Credit card payments terms
We only accept VISA and AMEX credit cards. We strongly enforce our anti fraud policy and check every transaction details manually BEFORE we authorize the transaction. Your card is NOT billed at the moment of purchase, but within 24h after passing our manual anti fraud test. We also set limit for credit card payments, 500$ per card per day, so please do not place more then one order at the time. Orders are shipped only to credit cards owners name and address, you are allowed to use only your own credit card, if you do not have one, choose other payment method, no exceptions to this rule ! If you have any additional questions feel free to contact us. Please make sure you check your email regularly for any possible problem corrections, also make sure you have given us correct email address as your account login, if you have made any mistakes just email us for a correction.

We reply to every email within 24h, weekends and holidays are sometimes excluded.
